How to Revitilize your Health with a Plant Based diet

You’re probably saying to yourself. “I saw the movie Forks over Knives on Net flicks and heard that a plant based diet can be effective for reversing the degenerative illnesses like cancer, diabetes and heart disease, but I just don’t have the self-discipline necessary to try it. I know I would be too embarrassed when asking for a plate of vegetables with no oil on it while at a restaurant or friends house. And besides don’t most athletes eat lots of protein powder? Also aren’t there all sorts of diet books that promote the advantages of super concentrated high fat and high protein foods? Aren’t human beings designed to eat meat and eggs? Don’t we have bigger brains because we eat high protein foods? Aren’t most vegans deficient in B12 and usually pretty sickly? This plant based diet thing is just not my style. And besides I love to go fishing and for god’s sake we all know that at least fish oil is good for you!”
50% of American adults suffer from a chronic degenerative illness. If you are one of them (and I use to be) and enjoy being chronically ill than do not read any further. Becoming healthy does not have to be a difficult chore. All you need to do is sit back and reprogram your brain to become healthier. Once you do that the rest will fall into place automatically.
Set aside 30 minutes each day to relax and listen to all 10 half hour meditations on simple steps to revitalizing your health. Do not worry about doing anything else. Just listen to the meditations. Do not change your opinion about any foods that you are currently eating. Do not plan on changing your diet. Just listen to the meditations and attempt to pay attention to the visualizations.
If you fall asleep or go unconscious during the meditations do not worry about it. Just do the visualizations and nothing else. Do not pay attention to the lecture part of each tape. Assume I know nothing about what I am teaching you during the lecture part of each meditation. If you love steak and cake than eat as much steak and cake as you like. Continue to eat any foods that appeal to you.

Far too often we hear about someone in our circle of friends who is diagnosed with a life threatening illness. Each time our hearts sink and we immediately try to figure out a way to help.

These guided meditations are designed to enhance a deeper understanding of the energetic and spiritual nature of disease. By listening to the complete set of meditations the listener is given an easy to follow road map to over come the many negative barriers to successful dieting. These mental image exercises are not for everyone. If at any time you feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed by a visualization exercise please stop the exercise and take a break. Many people have had intense life experiences that can get stirred up by guided meditation. Having a therapist or minister to help you deal with uncomfortable memories can be a vital part of the healing process. At the very least it is important to share any powerful experiences from a guided meditation with someone who knows how to listen with neutrality and non-judgment. As the meditations progress we introduce a broad range of time-honored concepts and symbols for doing energetic work. We lead the listener through short meditations about archetypal imagery, the energy centers known as chakras, past lives and past life death experiences, grounding, spirit guides, the placebo effect, positive affirmations, the akashic records, emotional blocks, astral travel, dream work, communication skills, synchronicity and much more. Each meditation builds on a foundation established in previous meditations. Many people have a religious belief that certain symbols are sacred and other symbols are evil. We believe all religions teach the same precepts at their core. Please feel free to ignore any meditation exercise that is contrary to your beliefs and replace it with a meditation exercise or prayer that is in alignment with your particular belief system.
Do not get upset if your thoughts wander or you fall asleep during the meditation. Going unconscious is a good sign that you are releasing energy at a deeper level.
The power of the human mind and spirit is limitless. Being able to evaluate information while on the edge between conscious and unconscious awareness is the key to activating your spiritual power. It is similar to waking up inside a dream and realizing you can create anything you want from that vantage point.
